1. Entry. Submit a valid email address using the form on the competition page. One entry per person / email address. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
2. The prize. One (1) original Marigold Garden print — piece 01 of the 85-piece limited edition, signed and numbered by Joshua Davison, approximate value $699 NZD. The frame shown in competition photography is for display purposes only and is not included. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
3. Eligibility. Entry is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older, except where entry or receipt of the prize is prohibited by local law — entrants are responsible for confirming they may lawfully enter and accept the prize under the laws of their jurisdiction. Employees and contractors of Joshua Davison and Dead Colour, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
4. Winner selection & notification. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries once JoshuaDavison.com officially launches, expected before the end of September, and notified by email. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification with their shipping details. If no response is received within this time, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to another randomly selected entrant.
5. Delivery. The prize will be shipped within 4–6 weeks of the winner confirming their shipping details. The winner is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged on delivery in their country.
6. Fraud & disqualification. Entries made using false information, automated means, or multiple accounts by the same person may be disqualified at the promoter's discretion.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for entries lost due to technical failure, or for loss or damage in transit beyond the replacement value of the prize.
8. Publicity. By entering, the winner agrees that their first name and general location may be announced on JoshuaDavison.com or associated social media to confirm the prize was awarded.
9. Privacy. Information collected through this competition is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
11. Changes. The promoter (Joshua Davison) reserves the right to amend these terms or the prize at any time.
