This page is a pre-launch competition site for Joshua Davison, operated on his behalf by Dead Colour ("we", "us", "our"), a New Zealand-based business. It covers only what this competition page actually does. The main joshuadavison.com storefront will publish its own, fuller privacy policy — covering things like store orders, payment processing and cookies — once it launches.
The only personal information this page collects is the email address you submit to enter the competition. This page does not use cookies or any analytics, advertising or tracking technology, and does not collect payment, shipping or billing details from entrants generally — if you win, we'll collect your shipping address directly from you by email at that point.

Dead Colour operates the systems used to run this competition and manage the resulting mailing list on Joshua Davison's behalf, and may access entrant information for that purpose. We also use an email service provider to send competition and marketing emails, and, if you win, a postal or courier service to deliver your prize. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties.
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to marketing emails, or as needed to administer this competition and meet our legal obligations. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work with reputable providers who maintain strong security practices.
